What differences bewteen double-axis preconditoner and single axis preconditioner?

The differences between double-axis and single axis preconditioner

Yesterday, a customer asked me about the difference between dry extrusion and wet extrusion and asked some questions about preconditioners. Our company offers single-shaft and dual-shaft preconditioners, with some differences between them. A dual-shaft differential preconditioner has a large shaft and a small shaft that is put together based on the design. The speed of the smaller shaft is usually twice that of the bigger shaft, and the smaller shaft conveys material backward while the larger shaft conveys material forward. In a dual-shaft differential modulator, the materials show cross-mixing with each other, so the material stays longer and penetrates the material better with steam and liquid. Usually, the material can stay inside for 60 to 180 seconds. Single-shaft preconditioner have a simpler structure and can reach faster speeds, typically greater than 300 revolutions per minute. With high speed, the single-shaft preconditioner can also modulate the material better. Generally, the material can stay inside for 30 to 40 seconds. The advantage of the single shaft preconditioner is that it is easy to install and maintain, and the material residue is very easy to clean. Combining single-axis and dual-axis preconditioners can be designed and grouped based on the properties of the material and the quality of the finished product. Through the preconditioner modulation material, one can fully pre-mature the material, soften the material, improve the moisture of raw materials, integrate the material fully, improve the extrusion capacity, be more conducive to animal absorption and digestion of protein nutrition, and also effectively extend the service life of wearing parts.
